About the Author
Shri Jayanta Bagchi was the distinguish member of the Indian Administrative Services. He has worked with various Ministries like Commerce, Textile and Steel. Sh. Bagchi has special knowledge on textiles. He has served in the Ministry of Textiles for over 10 years attending to various subjects like NTC, Jute, Textiles coordination , Textile exports etc. For last 4 years he has been a member of Appellate Authority for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction, Ministry of Finance, Government of India.
